LEVINE, Justice.

Ronald Scott Thompson appeals from a criminal judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of one count of burglary, in violation of NDCC § 12.1-22-02, and two counts of criminal trespass, in violation of NDCC § 12.1-22-03. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
