On November 5, 1990, defendant-appellant, Eric Lochtefeld, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of aggravated burglary and was sentenced to a term of five to twenty-five years. Subsequently, Lochtefeld moved for shock probation, and on September 3, 1991, his motion was granted, and he was placed on probation for a period of five years. On September 4, 1992, Lochtefeld's probation was revoked and his earlier sentence was reimposed by the Warren County...
