In June 1991 a three-judge panel of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia unanimously ruled that on December 11, 1989, Robertson had violated this court's Disciplinary Rule ("DR") 1-102(A)(4).1 After the filing of further pleadings, the same panel suspended for six months Robertson's privilege of applying for admission...
