NORGLE, District Judge:

Before the court is plaintiff Boulevard Bank National Association's ("Boulevard") motion to amend judgment. For the following reasons, the motion is granted.

On January 13, 1993, the court entered an Order and Judgment in favor of Boulevard and against defendants Philips Medical Systems International B.V. and N.V. Philips' Gloeilampenfabrieken (collectively, "Philips"),
