BRORBY, Circuit Judge.

Mr. Youngpeter1 was convicted of a drug conspiracy2 and appeals asserting insufficiency of the evidence, erroneous denial of his motion to sever his trial from that of the co-defendants and sentencing error. Mr. Youngpeter also appeals the denial of his motion for new trial. We consolidated Mr. Youngpeter's appeals and affirm.
