Defendant Clifford Lee appeals his jury conviction and the judgment entered thereon for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute and distributing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1).1 On appeal, the issues are (1) whether the evidence presented at trial was sufficient to support defendant's conviction, and (2) whether the district court's instruction on deliberate ignorance...
