Julius Kelly Payne (defendant) was charged by bill of information with five counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, LSA-R.S. 14:81. Defendant entered a plea of nolo contendere to each of the five counts. He received five concurrent sentences of seven years at hard labor, with credit for time served. The trial court suspended five years of each sentence and placed defendant on active, supervised probation...
