Julius Kelly Payne (defendant) was charged by bill of information with five counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, LSA-R.S. 14:81. Defendant entered a plea of nolo contendere to each of the five counts. He received five concurrent sentences of seven years at hard labor, with credit for time served.
