Larry Sapp entered a guilty plea to the charges of delivery of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver in exchange for the state's dismissal of another delivery charge. I.C. § 37-2732(a)(1)(A). The district court sentenced Sapp to two concurrent sentences consisting of four years fixed and four years indeterminate for delivery and a four-year fixed sentence for possession with intent to deliver.
