OPINION

GARFF, Judge:

Appellant, Jeffrey W. Rochell, appeals from a conviction of possession of a controlled substance. We affirm.

FACTS

The court's findings of fact are undisputed and are supported by the record.

Trooper David V. Maycock stopped Rochell for driving sixty-five miles per hour in a fifty-five mile per hour zone. Rochell exited his car and walked toward the police car, meeting Maycock halfway between the two vehicles...
