Mr. Theodore Remmele died on January 8, 1990, leaving a last will and testament dated December 12, 1988, which was admitted to probate. The last will and testament bequeaths his residuary estate to the trustees of an inter vivos trust which pours over to his son/respondent, Gary Remmele, the lesser of ten percent or $50,000 and the balance to his daughter/appellant, Karin Remmele Flach, with the income interest...
