LANE, Judge:

Appellant, Leroy Riley Smith, was convicted of Theft of Credit Cards After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies in the District Court of Comanche County, following a jury trial before the Honorable Jack Brock. The jury recommended that Appellant be sentenced to serve a term of eighty years in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. The trial court sentenced accordingly.
