OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of burglary of a building and assessed his punishment at ninety-nine years confinement. In two points of error appellant argues that identification evidence elicited from the state's chief witness should have been excluded, and that the trial court erred in ordering appellant to be bound and gagged in the view of the jury during the punishment phase of the trial.
