In this appeal from a conviction for premeditated, first degree murder, appellant, Tony Owen Dupree, contends that the trial court erred by (1) denying his motion for judgment of acquittal, because the state's evidence was insufficient to establish premeditation, (2) excluding proffered testimony regarding the victim's character, and (3) giving a flight instruction to the jury.
