Appellant, Shelter General Insurance Company, appeals from the Sebastian Circuit Court's entrance of summary judgment and the denial of appellant's motion for a new trial. Our consideration of this case requires construction of our statutes on no-fault insurance; thus, our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark.R.Sup.Ct. 1-2(a)(3).
