Acting pursuant to the negotiated grievance procedure provided by the collective bargaining agreement between the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE or Union) and the Bureau of Prisons (BOP), an arbitrator upheld a grievance brought by the AFGE on behalf of one of its members against the BOP.
