The appellant, Kenneth Holloway, and his wife, Peggy Holloway, ran a day-care center in North Little Rock called Peggy's Day Care. The appellant was charged with and convicted of four counts of rape, four counts of sexual abuse, and one count of terroristic threatening committed against nine children enrolled at the day-care center. He was sentenced to life imprisonment for each of the rape counts plus 120 years for the sexual abuse, to be served consecutively...
