("Maxwell Online") appeals from a July 13, 1992 judgment entered on a jury verdict in the Southern District of New York (Lee, Magistrate Judge), finding it liable for breaching a contract to design and input a trademark database and search system for plaintiff Trademark Research Corporation ("TRC"). TRC had sought $4,477,141 in damages for lost profits from the sale of a computer product known as CD-ROM...
