This is a subrogation action instituted by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) and its insured, Gilbert Delatte. Plaintiffs seek recovery for property damages sustained by Mr. Delatte as a result of an automobile accident caused by defendant, Keith Lemotte.
