PREWITT, Judge.

Following nonjury trial defendant was convicted of possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana and sentenced to 5 years' imprisonment. On appeal he presents two points relied on, his first stating that a search of the vehicle he was operating was improper and the second claiming that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction. The points are discussed in the order raised.
