MINZNER, Chief Judge.

The Navajo Nation (the Tribe) appeals a judgment by the state district court awarding guardianship of two minor Navajo children to Gloria and Richard Gutierrez (the Gutierrezes), the children's non-Navajo paternal great-aunt and her husband. The Tribe's main argument on appeal is whether the district court erred in finding good cause not to transfer the proceeding to Navajo Tribal Court. We reverse and remand with instructions...
