LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Following a hearing, the district court1 granted judgment creditor Aviation Supply Corporation's (ASC) motion for appointment of a receiver to acquire and liquidate the assets of judgment debtor Ross Barber. Barber appeals, arguing that the district court abused its discretion and violated his constitutional privilege against self-incrimination. We affirm.
