The appellant, Amaechi Igwe, was tried for possession of heroin with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He waived his right to a trial by jury and was tried and convicted by a circuit judge. He appeals and argues only that the evidence was insufficient to show he possessed the heroin with the intent to deliver it.
