Brown, Jr. on 13 January 1982 seeking alimony, possession of the marital home, and equitable distribution. The parties entered into a Consent Judgment on 25 February 1982, pursuant to which the plaintiff was awarded $1200/month temporary alimony and a writ of possession of the marital...
