This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendant insurance company. The trial court held that the insurance company had met its obligations by paying the limits of the uninsured1 motorists provision in the policy for the wrongful death of the decedent and did not owe the plaintiffs for additional damages as bystander-witnesses to the accident.
