This is an automobile accident liability case. The appellants, Billy and Jessie Parker, appeal from a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of the appellee, Dana Holder, who was the defendant. They raise two points of error. First, they argue the Trial Court erred in refusing to instruct the jury with respect to Ms. Holder's duty while driving as stated in Ark.Code Ann. § 27-51-201(d) (1987).
