Plaintiff Ali Yacoub, as administrator of the estates of his children, Mohammed Yacoub and Vicktoria Yacoub, and father and next friend of his son, Jonathon Yacoub, brought suit for wrongful death and damages against the Chicago Park District and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD). The trial court granted defendant's motions for summary judgment and plaintiff appeals.
