HAYS, Justice.

Appellant Robert Bussey was stopped by Deputy Marshal Michael Watson for speeding and driving while intoxicated, first offense. Bussey was found guilty in municipal court on both charges. He was fined $419.00, ordered to pay court costs of $225.00, and his driver's license was suspended for 90 days.
