In this postconviction relief case, the trial court found a number of instances of questionable incidents in connection with the trial of the petitioner, but found insufficient grounds to grant postconviction relief, either because of misconduct in the trial or because of ineffective assistance of trial and appellate counsel. We hold that upon the basis of the fact findings of the trial court, petitioner's due process rights were violated...
