Jon Fuhrer (plaintiff) appeals from an order of the St. Louis County Circuit Court granting Mercantile Bank of Ste. Genevieve's (defendant) Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff charged defendant with breach of contract claiming that defendant had guaranteed a loan made by plaintiff to Michael Sheahan. We affirm.
