Respondent Johnny Aguilar commenced this action against appellant Texas Farmers Insurance Company (Texas Farmers) asserting that a choice of law analysis was necessary, that Minnesota law applied, and that, under Minnesota law, underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits were to be provided on an "add on" basis.
