OPINION

BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a felony conviction for the offense of aggravated robbery with a habitual felony offender enhancement. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 29.03 (Vernon Supp. 1994). The matter was tried before a jury. The jury found the appellant guilty of the offense. The jury reached a verdict finding that the habitual felony offender enhancement counts were true and assessed punishment
