This matter comes before the Court on Prudential Insurance Company's petition for an order compelling Matt and Deborah Shammas, respondents, to arbitrate the claims they are asserting in a civil suit filed in the Michigan Circuit Court in Kent County case no. 93-81147-NZ. Jurisdiction in this Court is based upon diversity of citizenship, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. This Court is authorized to compel arbitration...
