Plaintiff-appellee, Edward M. Cohon & Associates, Ltd. (Cohon), an architectural firm, filed a mechanics' lien against defendants-appellants, First National Bank of Highland Park, as trustee under Trust Number 4172, Imperial Realty Company, and Larry M. Klairmont (Klairmont). Cohon then brought suit to foreclose on his mechanics' lien. Trial ensued, and the trial court found that Cohon's mechanics' lien was valid...
