John Rodney Christopherson was convicted of one count of second degree criminal sexual conduct in violation of Minn. Stat. § 609.343, subd. 1(a) (1990) (sexual contact with person under age 13 by person more than 36 months older than victim). He received a 21-month executed prison sentence.
