These five first-named plaintiffs (and the wives of four of them) and four others brought actions against defendant, Owens-Corning Fiberglass (OCF), and several other defendants to recover damages for personal injury resulting from plaintiffs' exposure to asbestos-containing products. All defendants, except OCF, settled with plaintiffs just after the trial began...
