This is a sequel to this Court's opinion in Tallman v. Tallman, 183 W.Va. 491, 396 S.E.2d 453 (1990). In the original Tallman decision, the Court discussed at some length the division of the property of Anna Jean Tallman and Clay S. Tallman, the parties in this proceeding, in their divorce. The Court affirmed the conclusions of the Circuit Court of Randolph County with regard to the division of the parties...
