The basis for plaintiff's appeal concerns Paragraph A.2. of the Agreement, which fixed the rights of the parties upon plaintiff's retirement from Piedmont. Paragraph A.2. of the Agreement states:

If the Husband retires from his employment with Piedmont at normal retirement age, the Wife will receive as alimony thirty percent (30%) of all income from his pension or retirement plan less income taxes attributable to said retirement income...
