Defendant, Century 21 Petros Real Estate, Inc. (Century 21), appeals from a denial of a petition brought pursuant to section 2-1401 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure (Ill. Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 110, par. 2-1401) seeking relief from a judgment entered in favor of plaintiffs, Lee and Leona Fiala (Fialas).
