Ballard Depew (hereinafter "respondent") appeals from the June 18, 1991, and February 26, 1992, orders of the circuit court of Williamson County. Because we find that the June 18, 1991, order finding contempt was not final and appealable, we hold that this court is without jurisdiction to hear this appeal and remand the case to the circuit court.
