Appellant Thomas Gilkey was tried for first-degree murder and second-degree battery. The jury found appellant guilty of second-degree murder and sentenced him to twenty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He also was found guilty of second-degree battery and was sentenced to a term of five years. Appellant raises three points for reversal in this appeal. We affirm.
