Tommy Scarbrough was convicted of conspiracy to violate the National Firearms Act, 26 U.S.C. § 5801-72, and the Gun Control Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. § 921-30, as amended by the Firearms Owners' Protection Act of 1986, 18 U.S.C. § 922(o).
