This is an appeal from a jury verdict finding Appellants, Thomas E. Ladner, James M. Hyden, and Billy Ray Horton, guilty of murder. The jury assessed Ladner's punishment at 28 years imprisonment, Hyden's punishment at 14 years imprisonment, and Horton's punishment at 10 years imprisonment.
