Plaintiff, Garry W. Evenson, appeals the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of defendant, Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (Farm Bureau), concluding that he did not prove his claim of age discrimination as the basis for his constructive discharge. Evenson also appeals the trial court's dismissal of his breach of implied contract claim and its award of costs to Farm Bureau. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand...
