A jury convicted Charles Parrish of selling a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance with intent to sell and armed criminal action. He received concurrent sentences of five years, five years and three years, respectively. Parrish claims in this appeal that the trial court erred in finding him guilty of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell because the state failed to present substantial evidence to prove his guilt...
