DROWOTA, Justice.

In this double murder case the Defendant, James Kelly Cauley, has appealed from the Court of Criminal Appeals' affirmance of his conviction on two counts of first-degree murder. We granted the Defendant's application for permission to appeal in order to review the validity of a search warrant issued and executed in Kentucky pursuant to an investigation into the murders being conducted by Tennessee law enforcement officials...
