This appeal presents yet another challenge to the distinctions in the federal drug laws between offenses involving cocaine and offenses involving cocaine base (crack). Defendant Reginald Reece pled guilty to distributing four ounces of crack, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A).
