WALKER, Chief Justice.

Appellant was found guilty by a jury of the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine). The trial court assessed punishment at fifteen (15) years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
