Muniz, Anne Marie Vandenweghe, Nicholas "Nick" Giambelluca, Sr., in Their Respective Capacities as Members of the Parish Council, and Martin Schwegmann, in His Capacity as Personnel Director of the Parish of Jefferson and Personnel Board of the Parish of Jefferson.
