We grant the application for supervisory writs filed by the State to consider the correctness of a ruling by the trial granting defendants' Motion to Suppress the Evidence. The defendants, Sterling Williams, Steven LeBlanc, and Andrea Brown, were charged by bill of information on January 10, 1991, with possession of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(C).
