Defendant appeals her convictions of four counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. ORS 163.427. We reverse.

Defendant was charged with sexual abuse of her daughter, who was five years old at the time of trial. The charges arose after the day care provider saw the child involved in sexualized behavior and contacted Children's Services Division (CSD).
